Steven Stein

Steven Stein serves as the Global Director of Digital Business and Customer Experience at CUPRA since July 2023. Prior to this role, Steven held several key positions at AUDI AG from March 2018 to June 2023, including Director of Digital Services and Head of Digital Business Customer Services. Steven's career at Volkswagen Group Ireland spanned from June 2007 to March 2018, with progressive roles such as Head of Aftersales for Audi and Regional Aftersales Manager for Audi. Steven began with the company as a Customer Care Coordinator for Skoda. Steven holds a BE in Automotive Management and Technology from Technological University Dublin.
