Mark Goines

Mark has been a successful Executive and Angel investor. His investments have centered on Fintech, Security and Marketplaces including Mint, Check, Practice Fusion and Thumbtack and he has worked with many startups including Bill.com PayCycle, Nolo, Baby Center and PassMark Security (where he was cofounder). He was a partner at Morgenthaler Ventures investing in early stage companys (Fundly, RelateIQ). He also served as GM of Intuit’s Consumer Division including TurboTax, Quicken and Quicken Loans and led new product development for Charles Schwab. After over 40 years in the financial services industry, Mark continues to look for the curves in the road that present investment opportunity.

Mark also served as a trustee and as President of the Los Altos School District Board of Trustees and advises the Khan Academy.

Mark currently works with Personal Capital advising on “Strategery and Growth”, and is on the boards of Candex, Better Finance, Credit Interlink and Life360.
