Alan Roth

Alan Roth has extensive experience in compliance management within the cannabis industry, currently serving as the Director of Compliance for Curaleaf since April 2019, where responsibilities include designing and implementing the compliance department in Utah and overseeing regulatory compliance in additional states. Previously, as Compliance Manager in New Jersey, Roth was a key liaison with regulatory bodies, managing product approvals and safety programs for a large cannabis company. Prior roles include Director of Compliance at IMS Ventures LLC, where project management and compliance program development were central to business operations, and co-founding Yoga Healer Academy in Hawaii, where program design and logistics were key responsibilities. Additionally, Roth has a background in music as the owner and chief recording engineer of Boo Studios in New York City. Education was completed at Queens College.
