Rob Peterson

Rob Peterson is an experienced professional in the field of loss prevention and employee relations. Currently serving as the Employee Relations Director at Curaleaf since August 2022, Rob has held various leadership positions, including Director of Investigations - National. Previous roles include Area Loss Prevention Manager at Ross Stores, Inc., District Loss Prevention Manager at DICK'S Sporting Goods, and District Asset Protection Team Leader at Target. Notably, Rob has extensive experience managing protection strategies across multiple stores and developing relationships with law enforcement to combat organized retail crime. Early career experience includes Operations Manager and Director of Loss Prevention at Leslie's, where Rob successfully established a comprehensive loss prevention department. Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies/Business from Arizona State University.
