Cultural Institutions are masterpieces of history, art and science. Your hospitality operations shouldn't be a mystery. I believe that the relationship between a venue and its caterer is more than a contract - it's a vital partnership.

I specialize in navigating the complex intersection of institutional mission and commercial succes in retail and event revenues. The goal is to match you with a food service provider who elevates your visitor experience and enhances your events revenue. Whether it's a producing a high stakes Gala or operating the daily museum cafe, I want to help ensure your culinary partnership is as curated as your collections.
