Lee Shave is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and business development within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Curation since October 2020, Lee previously held the same title at a Hedge Fund from January 2020 to October 2022. Notably, Lee was the Global Head of Business Development at Morgan Stanley Fund Services from 2015 to January 2019, while also participating as a member of the Executive Committee. In earlier roles, Lee led European and Asian Business Development and managed the European Office for Morgan Stanley.
