Serena Otto

Serena Otto has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Serena began their career as an Intern at Nickelz Production Dance Studio, where they created social media marketing material, provided customer service, and taught alongside the instructor. In 2019, they worked as a Seasonal American Citizen Services Assistant at the U.S. Department of State, where they assisted American citizens with lost passports and assembled emergency remote consular dispatcher kits. In 2020, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at P & E Foods Inc., where they responded to emerging needs of the company, collaborated with the Food Safety Team, and implemented improved processing software. In 2021, they worked as a Case Team Assistant at L.E.K. Consulting. In 2022, they worked as a Marketing Intern at S.A.R.A. 501c (3). Currently, they are a Content Marketing Associate Co-op at Curaytor.

Serena Otto is currently enrolled at Northeastern University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Serena began their studies in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2023.
