Rob Caputo is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Curbio, where they are focused on modernizing the construction industry through data and technology. Previously, they led the KMF division at KATERRA and held multiple roles, including Vice President of People & Systems, where they played a pivotal role in transformative business initiatives and M&A integration. Rob has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, obtained in 2015. With a strong emphasis on people-first leadership, Rob excels in building high-performing teams and driving organizational innovation.
