Tim Sullivan is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and business leadership. As the Founder and CEO of ActivePDF Inc., Tim established a pioneer in server-based PDF technology, managing all aspects of the company until its acquisition by PDFTron in 2020. Tim also serves as a Board Member at CureDuchenne since August 2020. Prior experience includes co-founding Automated Solutions Group, where Tim held the position of CFO and contributed to software development in multiple programming languages. Tim's earlier roles include Vice-President at The Smith Guide and Owner of Computers Don't Byte, focusing on consulting and training for notable clients. Tim's career began at the University of Southern California as a Technical Manager, overseeing critical integration projects for student information systems. Educational background includes studies at UC Irvine and the United States Air Force Academy.
