David Fallace has extensive experience in the finance and investment industry. David is currently the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Cure Ventures, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to this, David worked as an Adviser at Polaris Partners from January 2018 to September 2019. David also served as the Managing Director at The Investment Fund for Foundations from January 2016 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, David held various roles including Investor at Codiak Biosciences in 2015 and Director - Special Opportunities at Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation from February 2013 to January 2016. During their time at the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation, David was also involved in founding and overseeing Juno Therapeutics and Denali Therapeutics. David served as a Board Observer for both companies. Before that, they were a Vice President at Haugen Financial Systems from June 2009 to February 2013. David's earlier experience includes working as a Vice President at GF Private Equity Group from September 2000 to May 2009, where they were responsible for managing significant investments and overseeing private equity and hedge fund portfolios. Additionally, they were involved in direct oil & gas and real estate acquisitions and structurings.

David Fallace received their Juris Doctor degree in Tax and Financial Transactions from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where they attended from 1994 to 1998. David furthered their education by pursuing an MBA degree in Finance at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, from 1994 to 1999.
