William then moved to Dusa Pharmaceuticals in 2001 as Vice President Regulatory Affairs. In 2002, they became Vice President Global Regulatory Affairs & Complaince at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. In 2004, they were promoted to Vice President Global Regulatory Affairs at Actavis. In 2006, they were promoted to EVP Regulatory Affairs at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. In 2013, they became President at an Independent Consultant. In 2014, they were promoted to Sr VP Regulatory Affairs at Lupin Pharmaceuticals. In 2016, they were promoted to Sr VP Regulatory Affairs at Par Pharmaceutical. In 2021, they were promoted to Chief Scientific Officer at Picket Pharmaceuticals. Currently, they are Senior Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs at Curemark, LLC.
