Amar Kumar

Amar Kumar has worked in the supply chain management industry since 2002. Amar began their career at Unilever as a Supply Chain Planner and Project Implementation Specialist. In 2008, they moved to Philips Lighting as a Supply Chain Manager. In 2010, they joined Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) as a Supply Chain Manager. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Head of Supply Chain Management at LightO Technologies Pvt Ltd and Opple Lighting India. In 2018, they became the Head of Supply Chain & Procurement at NTL lemnis India Pvt Ltd. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Head of Supply Chain Operations at The Moms Co. and Nourish Organics. Currently, they are the Head of Supply Chain Management at CureSkin: Dermatologist on your smartphone.

Amar Kumar's education history includes a Master of Business Administration from FORE School of Management, New Delhi in General Management and Operation Research from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained an Information Systems Management from GNIIT Ltd. from 1999 to 2002, with a focus on ISAS, SAAS, and Application Program Development. Amar also completed a B Com(H) from Delhi University from 1997 to 2000, with a focus on Business/Commerce, Micro & Macro Economics, Business Statistics, and Business & Company Law. Lastly, they obtained a 10+2 from The Vikas (residential) school, Ranchi from 1993 to 1995 with a focus on PCMB. Additionally, they hold a PGDM from FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
