Malgorzata Deka

Malgorzata Deka is currently the Head of the Talent Selection Unit at the European Court of Justice, where they oversee human resources initiatives. They previously served as a Team Coordinator at the European Parliament and held the role of Head of Sector at the European Commission, managing recruitment and performance. From 1998 to 2006, Malgorzata worked as a Quality and PR Specialist at Med & Life Sp. z o.o., focusing on quality system management and internal audits. Malgorzata holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Warsaw and a post-graduate diploma in European Integration from Papieska Akademia Teologiczna w Krakowie.
