Pascal Rantz

Pascal Rantz has extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary sectors, beginning as Assistant Housekeeper at Hilton Brussels hotel from March 1996 to August 1997. Following this role, Pascal served as Executive Housekeeper at Sofitel Luxembourg Kirchberg from September 1997 to March 1999, and progressed to Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager par intérim at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg between April 1999 and May 2001. Transitioning to hospital administration, Pascal held the position of Chef de département alimentation hospitalière at Centre Hospitalier Emile Mayrisch from January 2008 to March 2009 and worked as Responsable de l'intendance hospitalière at hôpital Pincesse Marie-Astrid HPMA from June 2002 to December 2007. Most recently, Pascal has been a Fonctionnaire Européen, Assistant at the Court of Justice of the European Union since February 2010, and briefly worked as Responsable/gérant du site PWC Luxembourg for Aramark Refreshment Services in late 2009.
