Patrick Verlinde has been an Administrator attached to the Director-General of Information at the Court of Justice of the European Union since 2012. Prior to this role, Patrick served as a Professor at the Royal Military Academy in Belgium from 1995 to 2012. Patrick earned a PhD in Signal and Image Processing, summa cum laude, from Télécom Paris between 1996 and 1999, and holds two Master's degrees: one in Mechatronics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (1988-1989) and another in Telecommunication & Armament-Ballistics from the Royal Military Academy, Belgium (1978-1983).
