David Hackner is currently the VP of Business Operations at Curie.Bio, a position held since 2023. Previously, David served as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Time Warner Inc. from 2015 to 2017, where significant transactions included AT&T’s $108 billion acquisition and a 10% investment in Hulu. Prior to that, as an Investment Banking Analyst at Allen & Company from 2012 to 2015, David participated in major deals such as Time Warner Cable’s $78 billion merger with Charter and Facebook’s $19 billion acquisition of WhatsApp. Their career also includes serving as SVP of Corporate Development at Imagen Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed financial oversight and compliance activities. David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 2012.
