Steve Schaefer

Steve Schaefer is currently the Director of Retail Banking Distribution Strategy and Sales Performance at Curinos, a position they have held since 2023. They previously worked at Union Bank from 2006 to 2009, where they held several roles including Banker and Senior Program Manager. With extensive experience in retail banking and a strong foundation in leadership, Steve has also contributed to Chicks Sporting Goods as a Department Manager. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State University-San Bernardino and a Master's in Leadership from the Drucker School of Management. Additionally, they completed studies in Accounting and Finance at UCLA Extension and Retail Banking at the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
