Michelle Cox

Michelle Cox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in test data management and automation. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Curiosity Software since April 2019, Michelle previously held the role of Senior Test Data Management and Test Data Automation Consultant at the Bank of England until June 2023. Prior to this, leadership was demonstrated as Manager of Software Engineering at CA Technologies, where multi-geo engineering teams were managed for products that streamline testing processes. Additional experience includes a Test Manager position at Grid-Tools Ltd, where expertise in database subsetting, data masking, and data generation was developed, alongside roles at Fiserv, OuterBay Technologies (now HP), and BitByBit International Ltd, establishing strong foundations in software testing and engineering.
