Alan Musa

Alan Musa has a wealth of work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Alan is currently the Owner of Charbelle Limited, Global Business Development and Strategic Partnership Advisor for Castify.ai, Business Development and Distribution Associate for Niche Media Global, Business Development Consultant for Curiosity Inc. in the UK/ROI and MENA regions, and an advisor for other business units within the company. From 2016 to 2021, Alan was the Commercial Director for UKTV, where they developed client partnerships across Digital FTA, Pay TV, SVOD and AVOD, managed channel distribution and content sales, and was responsible for customer marketing across all commercial partners/platforms. From 2014 to 2016, Alan was the VP, Commercial Director for Viacom International Media Networks, where they were responsible for all commercial revenues across the UK portfolio of the world famous Viacom brands. From 2013 to 2014, Alan was the President EMEA for Shorts International, where they were responsible for the channel and VOD services launched by the company to cable, IPTV and satellite platforms across the region, developing marketing and affiliate relations strategies, and maximizing the business potential of all channel, theatrical and content sales. From 1997 to 2013, Alan was the General Manager for TBS Arabia FZ LLC & TBS Europe Ltd, VP & Channel Manager for MEA & Pan Region, and VP & Channel Manager for Turner Classic Movies, where they oversaw all Commercial, Corporate, and Operational functions, led a team of 40+, and was responsible for full P&L responsibility and business development. From 1995 to 1997, Alan was the Account Manager for Sponsorship & Promotions for Media Sales & Marketing, and from 1990 to 1995, they were the Group Head for Radio Advertising & Sponsorship for Emap Radio (KISS 100 FM).
