Ellen Butterfield is an accomplished professional in the dairy and agricultural communications sectors. Currently serving as a Public Relations Specialist at Curious Plot and as the Pine County Dairy Princess and Ambassador Program Coordinator, Ellen has dedicated years to advancing the dairy industry, having previously held positions such as Calf Manager and Personal Herd Manager at Birchflat Dairy Farm and Media Intern at the World Dairy Expo. Ellen's extensive experience includes various internships that strengthened their skills in social media management and agricultural promotion. With a strong educational foundation, having earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Communication and Marketing, and Animal Science - Dairy Production from the University of Minnesota, Ellen is well-equipped to contribute to the dairy community.
