Schelkia (Shelly) Ragland is a Resource Director with extensive expertise in creative management, project management, and operations. Currently, at Curious Plot, they are establishing a Resource Management discipline, training agency staff, and establishing vendor relationships. Previously, at Wunderman Thompson and Brainrider, Schelkia drove project financial health and implemented resource management systems, while managing talent across various industries. With a solid educational background in Sociology and Computer Systems Networking, they continue to excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
