Anna Ma is an experienced UX professional with a robust background in design and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of UX Strategy & Research at ChenMed, Anna previously held the role of Principal UX Designer within the same company from November 2021 to December 2023. Prior to this, Anna founded Imperfect Gem Women Ministry, leading a large team to produce digital content while also assessing software solutions for publishing. Previous experience includes working as a UX/UI Designer at Aptean, and co-founding GAOMA Corp., where consulting on design strategies and developing the AnnabelleStyle brand were key responsibilities. Earlier roles involved significant contributions as a User Experience Architect at RedPrairie, and creative positions at various firms. Anna holds a Master of Science degree from Louisiana State University.
