Daniel Riccio has extensive experience in IT field support, currently holding the position of Senior IT Field Support Technician at Curity since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing technology for Tidewater medical facilities and providing level 2 technical support. Prior to this, Daniel worked at MERIT Solutions from June 2013 to October 2017, where significant contributions included developing standards for malware removal and data restoration. Daniel holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences, specializing in Network Security, obtained from ECPI University between 2010 and 2012.
