Brian Dainis

Founder & CEO at Curotec

Brian Dainis is a Philly area native, though he started his entrepreneur career in Tampa where he was involved in founding a tech consulting firm in 2007. After learning the basics of what it takes to get a tech consulting business off the ground, Brian relocated back to the Philadelphia area in 2010 to found Curotec. Since then Curotec has experienced consistent growth year after year and continues to expand its team and client base.

Brian has been involved with computers and technology since an early age. He was always fascinated by understanding the way things worked and would stop at nothing to soak in every bit of information he possibly could. When Brian gets his head wrapped around a problem, he often will not quit until the job is done and deemed a success. One thing that always stood out in Brian’s personality is his ability to take the leadership role combined with his ability to also stand back and listen to the people around him.

In addition to being the CEO of Curotec, Brian has also taken an interest in the Philadelphia tech community and as such has been a board member for several area non-profit groups aimed at giving the tech community access to the resources, connections and knowledge they need to be successful as founders.

Brian realizes in order for Curotec to be successful, it is essential to adapt to the industry trends as they come and to empower people within the company to make a difference. It is this understanding that is the basis for the culture he helps shape at Curotec.
