Andrew Paterson

Andrew Paterson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andrew started their career as a Software Developer at EDS Group in 2000 and worked there until 2004. Following that, they joined Logica as a Service Provision Manager and stayed with the company until 2011. In 2011, Andrew joined FINkit® is Fiserv as a Change and Configuration Manager and later became the Head of Service Operations. In 2019, they joined Currencycloud as the Head of Customer Operations and was later promoted to Director and then Vice President of Customer Operations. Andrew's expertise lies in customer operations and service management.

Andrew Paterson completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Wales, Cardiff, from 1995 to 1998. Andrew later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the same university, between 1998 and 1999.
