Laura Taylor

Laura Taylor is a seasoned professional in media and community relations with extensive experience in business development and broadcasting. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at News for Public Media since October 2022, Laura previously held multiple roles at WMNF Community Radio, including Development Director and Host of Surface Noise. Prior to this, experience includes positions as Marketing and Community Relations Manager at DACCO, Inc., and Marketing and Development Coordinator at WGBH, along with reporting and anchoring roles at WUSF Public Broadcasting. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of South Florida, earned between 1985 and 1990.
