Nilou Ajdari

Nilou Ajdari is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Talent at Currents Management, where the focus is on unleashing the creative potential of talent through dynamic partnerships. Prior to this role, Nilou worked at various companies such as Influential as an Associate Director and Manager in Influencer Partnerships, Addition LLC as a Talent Manager - Digital, ROAR as an Executive Assistant in Talent Management, and YMU as a Talent Associate in A&R & Talent Management. Nilou also interned at Version-X Design Corp. in Talent Branding. Nilou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Minor in Business Management from the University of Arizona.
