Colleen D Egan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the non-profit and entrepreneurial sectors. As Strategic Advisor and President Emeritus at the Illinois Science and Technology Coalition since June 2020, Colleen has played a pivotal role in advancing the state's innovation economy through strategic data collection and policy advocacy. Colleen is also a current member of the Invention, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Federal Advisory Committee with the U.S. Small Business Administration, General Partner at Migrate Ventures, and Founding Board Member of the Women in Entrepreneurship Institute at DePaul University. Additionally, Colleen serves on various advisory boards, including the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center and Chicago:Blend, while sharing expertise as a guest lecturer at DePaul University. With a nursing background from Lewis University and Little Company of Mary Hospital School of Nursing, Colleen combines a passion for STEM education and entrepreneurship to foster future leaders.
