Emma Sprules

Emma Sprules is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Operations & Transformation at Currys plc, where responsibilities include managing HR operations for 15,000 colleagues, overseeing HRIS management, global process ownership, and driving change initiatives. Prior to this role, Emma spent nearly nine years at PepsiCo, where positions included Talent Management Services Lead for Europe and HR Operations Manager, focusing on centralized service delivery and talent system operations. Emma began her career in a Management Training Program at Sainsbury's and took time to travel and work overseas from 2010 to 2012. Emma holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management from Selhurst Consulting.
