Mike Brown

Mike Brown serves as the Learning Technology & Compliance Partner at Currys plc since December 2020, where responsibilities include managing compliance programs and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure for over 20,000 colleagues across various regions. Previously, Mike held multiple roles at Dixons Carphone from September 2007 to September 2021, including Learning & Development Planning Lead, where oversight of program governance occurred, and Learning & Development Partner, focusing on strategic support and the implementation of development programs across the corporate estate. Additional experience includes project management for the UK Retail Academy, which standardized onboarding processes across the retail sector, and various training and coaching roles that enhanced the skillsets of colleagues and management within the organization.
