Robert Oag

Robert Oag is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in banking and credit management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Credit Partner Performance at Currys plc since May 2021, Robert focuses on enhancing the performance of credit strategies through productive partnerships with credit providers. Prior to this, Robert held various strategic roles at Sainsbury's Bank from 2009 to 2021, including Interim Head of Savings and Special Projects, Head of Personal Loans, and Head of Savings, where responsibilities encompassed managing P&L, balance sheet implications, and project delivery. Robert's earlier career includes key positions at Shell, Royal Bank of Scotland, GE Capital Woodchester, Bank of Scotland, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Robert holds a Chartered Accountant qualification and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Heriot-Watt University.
