Brian Bloudek

Brian Bloudek has a strong background in technology and research. Brian started their career as a Researcher at Redmond Plasma Physics Laboratory, where they developed and performed optical diagnostics for plasma physics research. Brian then worked as an Aerospace Engineer at Andrews Space, managing research development contracts and modeling complex launch vehicles and satellites.

In 2008, Brian co-founded Steady Flux, a startup in the aerospace industry. As the Director of Engineering, they consulted, planned, and implemented predictive analytics solutions, leading the company to profitability within a year.

Brian then transitioned to the software development industry, joining JustEnough Software Corporation as a Senior Software Architect. Brian spearheaded the development of new predictive analytics capabilities and created scalable computation frameworks for time series forecasting and supply chain optimization. Brian later became the Manager of Software Development, overseeing the development of predictive analytics capabilities.

In 2018, Brian was appointed as the Director of Development - Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics at Mi9 Retail, where they were responsible for predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence development. Brian worked with traditional SQL and C# technologies, as well as modern machine learning languages such as R and Python, operating on cloud environments.

Most recently, Brian joined Curta as the Chief Technology Officer. Brian spearheads research initiatives to bring artificial intelligence, machine learning models, and modern software development capabilities to health outcomes research. Brian leads the technical development of various models and provides oversight and day-to-day operations management.

Brian Bloudek obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2002. Brian then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field at the University of Washington from 2002 to 2004.
