Founded in 1992 in Houston, Texas, Curtis & Windham Architects began as a general practice of architecture that now includes landscape and interior design. Principals Bill Curtis and Russell Windham share a mutual interest in the time-tested principles of traditional and classical design, architectural history, and the importance of context in designing buildings and landscapes.

Our practice provides comprehensive architectural, landscape, and interior design services. The ability of Curtis & Windham to design both interior and exterior environments conceived under a unified vision is evident in the high standards of execution in both design and construction. Our success in creating traditional buildings and landscapes for the modern world evidences both a commitment to our clients’ needs and the continued relevance of traditional and classical design.
