Al Arsh Basheer

Al Arsh Basheer is a Production Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, specializing in the development of laser peening programs for Single Crystal Superalloy components used in fifth-generation aircraft drivetrains. Additionally, Al serves as a Graduate Researcher at the Laboratory for AI, Robotics and Automation (LARA), focusing on the mechanical design and fabrication of a humanoid robotic hand.
