Alan Weber

Alan Weber has extensive experience in operations and management across various engineering and manufacturing sectors. From January 1993 to January 1998, Alan served as Manager of Production Operations at Packard Hughes Interconnect, overseeing a 100,000 square foot maquiladora operation with P&L responsibility. Subsequently, Alan held the position of VP Operations at Delphi Connection Systems from January 1998 to July 2001, managing all functional groups and multiple product value streams. Alan then became President of Sabritec, where responsibilities included full P&L management and business direction until February 2010. Between March 2010 and October 2019, Alan was VP Operations for Curtiss-Wright Corporation, focusing on high-precision, flight-critical actuation solutions. Currently, Alan works as a Project Manager at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Alan holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
