Dalton Dawkins is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and electrical design across various industries, particularly in defense and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since January 2021, Dalton leads the design and testing of advanced telecommunication and computer systems for defense applications. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Design Engineer and Mechanical Engineer at Pacific Star Communications, Inc., and Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where Dalton contributed to the development of military-grade communication systems and cutting-edge consumer products. Throughout a career that began in 2001 with the Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate, Dalton has amassed a diverse skill set encompassing CAD modeling, systems integration, and R&D in advanced technologies. Dalton holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
