David L. is an experienced leader with a robust background in technology and management. Currently serving as General Manager of Integrated Systems at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since April 2025, David L. holds full P&L responsibility and has successfully led a site-wide turnaround, restoring customer trust and internal alignment. Previously, David L. was with Northrop Grumman for five years, where roles included Directed Energy Portfolio Director, focusing on strategy and execution of classified laser systems, and Director Strategy & Capture, achieving significant contract awards and enhancing digital transformation in business acquisition planning. David L. has a strong academic foundation, holding two Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and National-Louis University, respectively, complemented by early experience as a research assistant in optical imaging.
