Jin Kang is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since April 2024, focusing on the design and documentation of mechanical components for defense electronics. Jin has extensive experience as a Forward Observer in the United States Marine Corps since January 2015, coordinating air and fire support operations. Prior to the current role, Jin worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Northrop Grumman, developing subsystem layouts and validating system requirements, and served as a Design Engineer at SAIC, providing engineering liaison support. Additionally, Jin was a Product Design Engineer at Apple, leading mechanical design efforts and product validation for future prototypes. Jin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in December 2017.
