Joe Stechnij

Joe Stechnij is a seasoned quality engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Controls since November 2015. Prior to this role, Joe worked as an Aerospace Engineer at B/E Aerospace, where responsibilities included supplier quality engineering and risk assessment. Joe's career in quality engineering began at Honeywell Aerospace, focusing on supplier quality PPM management and risk mitigation from 1998 to 2011. Joe also held the position of Quality Specialist Supervisor at TRW, managing a team in the airbag inflator business, beginning in propellant manufacturing. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix between 1996 and 2000.
