John Besack

John Besack has a strong background in engineering and program management, with a focus on defense solutions. John worked as a Principal Project Engineering Manager at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions from 2018. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at L3 Technologies, where they held various roles including Director of Electrical Engineering, Director of Bids and Proposals, and Director of Program Management-Program Manager from 2000 to 2018. Before joining L3 Technologies, John worked at Aydin Telemetry as a Product Line Manager-Project Engineer and RF Design Engineer, where they oversaw the technical aspects of RF product development and provided support in proposal creation and technical interface with customers.

John Besack received a BSEET degree in Electronics Engineering from an unidentified school from 1984 to 1988. In 2006, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from Rowan University. John also completed Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Quality and Productivity Resources in 2013. Besack attended Bishop Egan from 1980 to 1984, and in 2001, they pursued a Program Management course at American Graduate University.
