John Kolb III

John (Jake) Kolb III is a seasoned Hardware Engineering Manager at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, leading a hardware design engineering team focused on rugged Data Acquisition Units for flight test programs since August 2016. Previously, as Analog Technical Lead at Teletronics Technology Corporation, Kolb oversaw a team driving the technical direction of the signal conditioning product line, conducting technical design reviews for mixed signal hardware projects. Kolb's experience includes a role as a Hardware Design Engineer at Teletronics, where responsibilities included designing analog sensor interface modules for networked data acquisition systems, and an engineering internship at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where design and repair work on subsystem test systems was conducted. Kolb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and completed undergraduate coursework in Physics and Mathematics at the University of Maryland.
