Kathy Cartwright

Kathy Cartwright has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Kathy started their career in 1984 as a Senior Sales Engineer at Akzo Nobel. From 1989 to 2008, they worked at Celanese as an HR Manager. In 2008, they joined Curtiss-Wright Corporation as the Director of HR. Kathy later served as the Senior HR Director, Interim HR/VP/HR Counsel Leader, and eventually became the Corporate Director of Talent Management COE since January 2014.

Kathy Cartwright earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
