Larry Aderholdt has extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Director of Quality Assurance at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since July 2014, Larry has held multiple roles including Quality Assurance Manager and Sr Lead Quality Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Quality Engineer at GE, where responsibility encompassed quality and compliance for gas turbine assembly and implementing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing practices. Larry's leadership roles at GE included Operations Leader for the world's largest Heavy Gas Turbine manufacturing facility. A retired Chief Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force, Larry led the Maintenance Group's quality program and oversaw F-22 aircraft integration with a large team. Larry holds a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
