Laura Oxley

Laura Oxley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laura started their career as an HR Project Coordinator at Golden Mile Management - Consulting Services from August 1998 to August 2000. Laura then worked as a Canadian Technical Recruiter at Learning Tree International from September 2000 to July 2004. Laura was subsequently promoted to the role of Canadian Sales Coordinator at the same company from July 2004 to February 2006.

Laura then joined Dell Technologies, where they served as a Recruitment Coordinator from February 2006 to May 2006. Laura was later promoted to Staffing Advisor, contributing to over 1500 hires in less than 10 months. Laura then became the Talent Acquisition Manager - High Volume from February 2007 to April 2008.

Following their tenure at Dell, Laura worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Plasco Energy Group from May 2008 to July 2009.

Laura later joined Curtiss-Wright Corporation, initially serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager, North America from July 2010 to March 2013. Laura was then promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager from March 2013 to December 2013. Subsequently, Laura became the Director Global Talent Acquisition from January 2014 to April 2017 and the Director - Global Talent from April 2017 onwards.

Throughout their career, Laura has demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership in driving recruitment and talent management processes, partnering with senior management, and executing successful talent acquisition campaigns.

Laura Oxley attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Human Resources Management. In 1996 to 1997, they also studied at Centennial College, completing a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing Management.
