Marek Syska

Marek Syska has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Marek began their career at Pratt & Whitney in 1984, where they worked in engineering and business development until 1998. Following that, they joined Curtiss-Wright Controls and held various roles, including VP of Business Development and Sales and Market Development. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the VP of Sales North America at CW Controls, Avionics & Electronics. In 2014, they joined Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions as the VP of Sales for Commercial Avionics & Flight Test Instrumentation. In 2018, they transitioned to Curtiss-Wright Industrial Division as the Director of Acquisitions & Strategy. Currently, they are working at Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies as the Senior Director of Marketing Business Development since 2022.

Marek Syska completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rensselaer at Work from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, studying from 1979 to 1983.
