Mark Berenson

Mark Berenson serves as the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since September 2006, overseeing legal matters for the Sensors and Controls and Surface Technologies business segments with revenues exceeding $600 million. Responsibilities include managing mergers and acquisitions, corporate affairs, contract negotiations, and compliance, as well as leading the global ethics compliance program. Prior to this role, Berenson held positions at Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen LLP, Wuersch & Gering LLP, and the Law Offices of Leon B. Lipkin, where expertise in drafting and negotiating various contracts and agreements was developed, along with experience in private equity and debt financing. Berenson holds a JD from Delaware Law School and a BA in Political Science from Fairfield University.
