Nigel Mills

Nigel Mills is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including aerospace, nuclear, and defense. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since January 2019, Nigel previously held the position of General Manager at Sherborne Sensors, overseeing a global team in the design and manufacturing of advanced sensor technologies. Other notable roles include Hardware Team Manager at GE Aviation, where Nigel led a multi-discipline engineering team, and General Manager at Gill Research & Development Limited, managing multiple divisions with full P&L responsibility. With a proven track record in project delivery, engineering management, and innovation, Nigel also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Systems Design from Bournemouth University.
