Raphaël Alain

Raphaël Alain is a seasoned General Manager currently leading at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since 2023. They have extensive management experience, having served as Directeur d’usine at BDR Thermea Group from 2015 to 2023, where they directed a large-scale production site and implemented significant improvements in process and sustainability. Prior to that, Raphaël held roles in various companies, including Directeur de production at Baumer Group and Responsable de la planification at MAURY IMPRIMEUR SA. Raphaël began their education in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Bristol in 1995. From 2008 to 2014, they also served as 1er Adjoint at Mairie de Cormery, overseeing multiple community and administrative responsibilities.
