Shane Sablotsky

Shane Sablotsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, and nuclear operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Manufacturing at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since May 2019, Shane oversees Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and regulatory compliance for a sizable manufacturing facility, while also developing staffing strategies for new operations. Prior to this, Shane held key positions at Naval Nuclear Laboratory, including Quality Assurance Manager, managing compliance for nuclear power plants, and Principal Project Manager, leading significant facility expansions. Shane's career began in the US Navy, where roles included Nuclear Engineering Officer and Operations Officer, managing operations for nuclear training facilities and supervising significant teams. A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Shane combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership abilities.
