Stephen Gaston

Stephen Gaston is an experienced Quality Manager with a comprehensive background in quality assurance and control, having held key positions at Curtiss-Wright and Dresser-Rand. At Dresser-Rand, Stephen managed quality processes in an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility while also serving as the facility's Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator. In previous roles, Stephen contributed to military operations as an Executive Officer in the Navy Reserve and held various engineering and project management positions at TASC, Inc. and Northrop Grumman Corporation, focusing on testing and evaluation of air resources for naval vessels. Stephen's military service includes leadership positions that emphasized security and training within naval reserve units.
